This project focused on preparing detailed development, engineering, and technical studies to support the strategic goals of the Aseer Region Development Authority. GCLA's role involved urban diagnostics, infrastructure analysis, spatial planning inputs, and engineering recommendations to guide the region's long-term development in line with Vision 2030 directives.
